- The engineer's Phase 1 or Phase 2 report, in full rather than the summary.
- The building's certificate of occupancy date and story count.
- How many units, and whether there is a parking structure.
- Whether the association has reserves, and roughly what is available.
- Any deadline your attorney has advised you of.
